About the Project

Konutmatik's Role in the Project
In Torunlar GYO's iconic residence project, Konutmatik modules were preferred to perfect the sales and customer management processes. All residence apartments in the project are presented to the sales teams interactively in a 3D environment through the Blokmatik system.
Sales consultants can perform remote presentations by doing Live Screen Sharing with customers, and prepare personalized PDF proposals instantly with the Dynamic Proposal System. Furthermore, thanks to Web Form Ad Integration, all customer leads coming from digital advertising channels (Google, Meta ads) flow into the system instantly and are automatically distributed to sales representatives. Installment and down payment discounts configured with the Campaign Module are also updated in real-time in the system.
