About the Project

Konutmatik's Role in the Project
In Torunlar GYO's large-scale and multi-phase project, the Konutmatik presentation infrastructure and modules were preferred to manage launch and sales operations faster, error-free, and digitally. Numerous independent sections and floor plans in the project are presented to sales teams interactively through the Blokmatik system.
Konutmatik CRM is actively used for end-to-end customer and sales management in the project. Thanks to Real-Time Inventory Tracking, Dynamic Proposal System, and Web Form Ad Integration, potential customer records (leads) coming from website forms and Google/Meta ads flow into the system instantly and are automatically distributed to sales teams. Additionally, thanks to the Campaign Module offered throughout the system, seasonal payment conveniences, down payment discounts, and special pricing are configured and presented to customers in seconds. Sales representatives can prepare their proposals instantly on tablet and mobile devices, maximizing operational efficiency.
