The Ritz-Carlton Residences Istanbul is a branded residence project developed by Bilgili Holding in Nişantaşı, Istanbul.
Konutmatik's Role in the Project
Konutmatik provided integrated digital sales, CRM and agency management infrastructure for the project. The system, which is used effectively in the sales processes of both domestic and foreign customers, provides services with English and Turkish language options. When the language is changed in the system, project-specific documentation and tax calculations are automatically updated.
Sales teams make interactive presentations by tracking live stock statuses via blocks and can communicate instantly with their customers thanks to live screen sharing features. With the dynamic offer system developed by Konutmatik, personalized offers are prepared within seconds, and the entire process is kept under control with the dynamic customer tracking and reporting system.
Sales managers and representatives have obtained a seamless shared experience between desktop and mobile devices using the Konutmatik PRO mobile applications compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. In this way, the entire sales operation, along with central CRM integration, was practically carried to any location independent of time and place.
The project's agency network was managed through Konutmatik; agencies, customers and sales processes were monitored in a central structure.
