In the sales operations of the Ferko Line project, Konutmatik infrastructure has been designed to work fully integrated with business processes at Nest Invest standards. Presentation and stock management processes of Class A commercial units are completely digitalized.
Sizes, facades, combinable floor structures, and real-time occupancy statuses of office and shop units can be presented instantly to clients in the sales office with the interactive Blokmatik interface. Thanks to the dynamic proposal builder, customized purchase financial tables required by corporate buyers are constructed in Turkish and English in seconds and converted into personalized digital proposal files.
Additionally, the interactive Site Plan Integration and 3D virtual tours in the project allow field teams to freely deliver their presentations on mobile devices or tablets. Thanks to Konutmatik's flexible API integration, corporate requests from fairs, agencies, and digital platforms are recorded into the developer's own CRM system with real-time two-way data flow, allowing sales conversions to be monitored under full control.
