About the Project
Divan Residence is a symbolic living project rising with the vision of urban transformation in Alsancak, the most lively and valuable location of Izmir. The project was built with 50 years of Technical Structure assurance; It consists of a huge 50-storey residence tower and two accompanying blocks of 12 and 13 storeys.
Offering a panoramic view of the Izmir Bay to its residents with its contemporary architecture, rich social areas, gyms and smart home infrastructure, Divan Residence brings together hotel comfort, boutique service and premium living standards in a single center.
Konutmatik's Role in the Project
In this large-scale and high-rise project of Technical Structure, Konutmatik's advanced modules were preferred to manage launch and sales processes flawlessly. Independent sections on all 50 floors in the tower are presented to sales representatives in three dimensions through the Blokmatik system.
The unique bay and city view, which is one of the most prominent features of the project, is experienced one-on-one in the sales office thanks to Unit View Integration. Sales consultants can interactively display drone photos and bay view images taken from the exact height and angle of each independent unit during floor and apartment selection. Customers confidently make their purchasing decisions by seeing the real view they will see from their home windows while the project is still under construction.
While special payment plans and offers are prepared in seconds with the Dynamic Offer System, all options, offers and customer records are instantly synchronized with the central system, thanks to the API integration provided with Technical Structure's corporate CRM software.
