About the Project

In the Yedi Mavi project, Konutmatik infrastructure was positioned to manage digital presentation and customer processes in the sales office and field operations, in accordance with TOBB assurance and Mars International Real Estate's international sales force.
Sales teams interactively present floor plans, block positions, and real-time sales/option statuses of independent units to buyers through Blokmatik screens. With the dynamic proposal system, personalized payment plans in Turkish and English are created in seconds and instantly transmitted digitally to both domestic and foreign investors.
Thanks to the Konutmatik PRO Mobile App integration, sales representatives can access instant stock statuses in the field or at international fairs from their tablets and phones. Through the project's API integrations, quotes and customer records created in the sales office are transferred to the CRM system bi-directionally and monitored instantly in Mars International's global network.
The unique privilege offered by the seafront location has been transformed into the most effective persuasion tool of the sales process, thanks to the Unit View Integration module. Sales consultants can interactively showcase real drone view photos taken from the exact angle and height of each independent unit during apartment selection. These realistic views are also added to personalized digital proposal forms, significantly accelerating the decision-making and purchasing processes of buyers.
