In the sales processes of the OrmanYaka project, Konutmatik infrastructure was integrated to design a smart and interactive presentation and proposal experience matching luxury consumer expectations in the sales office. Sales teams interactively showcase positions of blocks spread across a wide landscape, floor plans, forest view orientations, and real-time sales/option statuses to customers through the Blokmatik system.
Thanks to the Dynamic Offer System, personalized payment plans, option contracts and detailed offer forms are prepared and presented digitally to customers within seconds.
With the API integration provided with Ege Yapı's central CRM software and Konutmatik PRO mobile app notification services, all sales actions, reminders and instant offer status notifications are delivered to the sales team's mobile phones as instant push notifications. Additionally, sales strategies are analyzed by creating timed offers with the Campaign Module.
