About the Project
Ege Yapı Kekliktepe is an elite villa project with a horizontal architectural concept, rising in Urla Kekliktepe, one of the most prestigious nature and luxury living regions of Izmir. Project; It consists of 74 private villas integrated with nature, each with its own large garden area (about one decare) and a private pool.

Konutmatik's Role in the Project
In the launch and sales processes of the Kekliktepe project, Konutmatik infrastructure was preferred to manage specialized digital presentation and proposal processes targeted at the luxury consumer group in the sales office. Sales representatives interactively showcase the location of villas spread across a wide area, parcel boundaries, landscape integrations, and real-time sales/option statuses to customers through the Blokmatik system.
Thanks to the Dynamic Offer System, special payment plans, option contracts and detailed offer forms are prepared and presented to customers digitally within seconds.
With the two-way API integration provided with Ege Yapı's central CRM software and Konutmatik PRO mobile app notification services, all sales actions, reminders and instant notifications are delivered to the sales team's mobile phones as push notifications. Additionally, sales strategies are analyzed by creating timed offers with the Campaign Module.
