Konutmatik's Role in the Project
In this landmark mixed-use project of Liwan Real Estate Development in Riyadh, Konutmatik modules were preferred to accelerate and digitize the launch and sales processes. All apartments, commercial shops, and office units in the project are presented to the sales teams interactively in a 3D environment through the Blokmatik system.
Sales consultants can perform remote presentations by doing Live Screen Sharing with customers, and prepare customized PDF proposals instantly with the Dynamic Proposal System. Furthermore, all sales, option, proposal, and meeting processes are tracked end-to-end from a single center with the CRM system, and installment and down payment discounts configured via the Campaign Module are updated in real-time in the system.
