Konutmatik has established an integrated digital sales and interactive presentation system for the Kordon Istanbul project. Sales representatives can present the project with live stock status through 3D floor plans and interactive blocks through the system, and prepare instant offers for local and foreign buyers with Turkish and English language options.
With the dynamic offer creation system, personalized payment plans and offers are presented to customers within seconds. With the live screen sharing module, interactive presentations can be made remotely to buyers who cannot come to the sales office.
The sales operation is managed with seamless synchronization across desktop, tablet, and mobile phones using the Konutmatik PRO mobile applications. Additionally, the project's sales system is connected instantly to Ege Yapı's existing CRM system via API integration, ensuring two-way communication and tracking of all customer inquiries and proposal activities.
