Konutmatik's Role in the Project
Konutmatik infrastructure was preferred to accelerate and professionalize the sales processes of Batışehir project's luxury residence phase. Operating in the sales office and digital channels, the Blokmatik system presents real-time sales, price, option, and unit statuses live to sales representatives.
Thanks to the Dynamic Offer System, special payment plans and offer forms are prepared and delivered digitally to customers within seconds. Thanks to the end-to-end API integration provided with Ege Yapı's existing corporate CRM software, all lead flows, sales actions and offers are synchronized instantly and bidirectionally between the two systems.
Reminders and critical system actions are sent as instant push notifications to sales representatives' mobile phones via the Konutmatik PRO mobile applications. Additionally, limited-time sales and special payment campaigns applied in certain periods via the Campaign Module are designed, reported, and analyzed through the system.
